Mycologia Iranica is an international, double-blind, peer-review, fast-track research journal published biannually by the Iranian Mycological Society (IrMS), first appearing in 2014. Mycologia Iranica publishes original contributions and review articles in all fields of basic and applied research involving fungi and fungus-like organisms (including taxonomy, systematics, ecology, genetics, physiology, fungal plant pathology, biotechnology, Geomycology, medical mycology, lichens, mycorrhizas, secondary metabolites, bio-deterioration and bio-remediation). Priority is given to contributions likely to interest a wide international and regional audience.

Mycologia Iranica offers free publishing (Open access) with no Article Processing Charges (APC) for all authors.

Language: Mycologia Iranica publishes papers in English.
