Aims and Scopes
Mycologia Iranica is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, fast-track research journal published biannually by the Iranian Mycological Society (IMS), which was first appeared in 2013. Mycologia Iranica publishes original contributions and review articles in all fields of basic and applied research involving fungi and fungus-like organisms (including taxonomy, systematics, ecology, genetics, physiology, fungal plant pathology, biotechnology, Geomycology, medical mycology, lichens, mycorrhizas, secondary metabolites, bio-deterioration and bio-remediation). Priority is given to contributions likely to be of interest to a wide international and regional audience. Publication in Mycologia Iranica is free of charge for both members and nonmembers of the IMS.
